Belt III of Arkansas and JoAnn Harffman (Robert) of West Union; his siblings, Jack Belt (Becky) of Callahan, FL, Janice Curtis of Morgantown, WV and Sue Cosco (Frank) of Fairmont, WV; and his aunt Barbara Mundell of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
