He was predeceased by: his parents, Johny Harris and Eva Harris; his wife Pat Harris; and his sisters, Carol Harris and Susan Hoskinds.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy Harris (Darla) of Marshall and Wesley Harris of Marshall; his grandchildren, Haley Jackson (William), Ashley Dixon, Billy John Harris Jr. (Paige) and Nicole Harris; his great grandchildren, Makinlye Price, Lainye Dixon, Westin Dixon, Lillian Jackson, Emma Jackson, Asher Harris and Maverick Harris; and his brother Kenny Harris.
