He was predeceased by : his parents, John William Griffith and Lena Mae Parks Griffith; and his brothers, Andy Griffith, Gene Griffith, William Griffith and Jimmy Griffith.
He is survived by : his children, Gene of Marshall, Jennifer Griffith of Marshall, Matthew Griffith of Marshall, Crystal Turney of Marshall and Eric of Marshall; his sisters, Rebecca Ashley, Kathleen Barnett and Betty Einhellig; and his grandchildren, Logan DePriest, Ally DePriest, Daniel Griffith, Jordan Pinson and Taylor Harvey.
