She was predeceased by : her parents, William Clifton Branscum and Myrtis Irene Morrison; her husband Bill Waitley; and her sisters, Wilma Broad, Jr., Judy Branscum and Linda Branscum.
She is survived by : her daughter Rebecca Ann Watts (Gary) of Marthasville, MO; her grandson Sam Watts; and her siblings, Loretta Fariss (Kenneth), Janice Dollar, Roger Branscum, Betty Branscum and Kathy Parks (Larry). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
