He was predeceased by : his parents, William Carraway and Edna Lucille Carraway (Sinclair); his son Robert Dale Carraway Jr.; and his siblings, Leroy Burks, Sherman Leon Carraway and Betty Dean Pennington.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Carraway; and his children, Brandi Walker, Juanita Shockley, Hannah Capel (David), Katie Irvan (Kent), Tracy Carraway (Amanda), Paul Hollis (Shanin), Bobbie Joe Carraway, Josh Hopkins (Kay) and Johnny Hopkins (Araceli). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family.
