Treat Jr.; his children, James William Oliver Treat of Leslie, Haley Angela Nicole Treat of Leslie and Cassandra Megan Shylee Treat of Leslie; his granddaughter Sophia Lynn Blackwell of Leslie; his mother Evelyn Treat of Marshall; and his sister Susan Kadlubar of Greenbrier. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
