We announce the death of Arthur B. Thompson Jr. (Marvell, Arkansas), who passed away on July 11, 2026, at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur B Thompson and Jessie Thompson; and his former wife Betty. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Jessie Elizabeth (Beth) and Arthur B. Thompson, III (Art); his daughter-in-law Kim; and his grandson Henry Arthur Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
