He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Phillips and Lou Ella Phillips; and his brother Richard Phillips of Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Mable Phillips; his children, Ceifus Phillips, Jr. (Andrea) of Niles, MI, Stevie Phillips of Elkhart, IN, Ricky Phillips (Laura) of West Helena, AR, Sandra Phillips of Niles, MI and Tracie Phillips-Williams, Sr. (Anthony) of Atlanta, GA; his sister Sally Mae Lillard of Marvell, AR; and his friend Sonya Hankerson Phillips. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
