He is survived by: his wife Bertha Cox; his children, Tammie Cox-Fornah, Lacey Cox (Faidra), Rose Wright (Rickey), Kenneth Cox, Scott Cox (Patricia), Shameka Frierson (Calvin), Yurhance Johnson and Justin Cox (Jacqueline); and his siblings, Earnest Cox, Sr., Johnnie Cox (Carolyn), Evelyn Cox and David Cox (Linda).
