He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Stortz of Dewitt, Arkansas and Tonya Sweatt (Jerry) of Marvell, Arkansas.; his great grandchildren, William Anthony Grimm Jr., Jonathan Jr. Stortz (Deborah) and Joanna Downing (Nathan); and his siblings, Keith Jackson, Travis Jackson, Vince Self, Cheryl Tucker, Gail Vessell (Timmy) of Helena, Darla Clark (Chaffin) of Kentucky, Skeeter Gentery (Millard) of Kentucky, Dawn Wright of Kentucky and Tammy Baker (Larry) of Kentucky.
