She is survived by : her husband Edward L Whitfield of Little Rock, AR; her children, Nandi Canty (Leslie) of Atlanta, GA, Mzilikazi Whitfield (Genesis) of Tampa, FL and Deirdre Allen of Austin, TX; her granddaughters, Ellise Canty of Atlanta, GA, Kaih Whitfield of Greensboro, NC, Kailen Whitfield of Greensboro, NC and Jaya Canty of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Lonnie Aaron of Maumelle, AR, Rozell Aaron of Oakland, CA, Michael Aaron of Jonesboro, GA, Mae Bernard of Little Rock, AR, Arthella Edwards of Phoenix, AZ, Florestine Perkins, Frankie Davis and Phyllis Thrist. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
