It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William McDougall Jr. of Maumelle, Arkansas, born in Stuttgart, Arkansas, who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sister Mary Laura Spicer; and his daughter Charla Jo Stone. He is survived by : his wife Jo Garot McDougall; his son Charles William McDougall (Duke); his son-in-law Chris Stone; his sister-in-law Nancy Garot Reynolds (Gus); and his grandchildren, Tanner Stone (Andrea), Chandler Stone, Lauren Stone Bracken (Brad), Shea Stone Rivera, Merritt McDougall and Collin McDougall (Katie).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the National Wildlife Federation, P.O. Box 1691 Merriville, VA 22116.
