She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W Cagle and Mittie Gober Cagle; her significant other James Clowers (Jake); her son Kenneth Scott Clowers; and her siblings, Odell Cagle, Dennis Cagle, Imogene Grigson-Holloway and Genimae Hall.
She is survived by: her brother Louis Cagle; her daughters, Cathy Rowland of Collierville, TN, Traci Hopper (Joe) of Maumelle, AR. and Eva; and her grandchildren, Halie Rowland (Omar) of Knoxville, TN, Austin Hoag of Seattle, WA and McKenna Hoag of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain Top Cowboy Church (45 Heber Spg Rd, Heber Springs, AR 72543). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
