He was predeceased by : his parents, William Lowery (Sam) and Shirley Lowery; and his siblings, Sharon Butler and William Lowery, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Andrew Lowery of Bluffton, SC and Erin; his granddaughters, Violet and Delilah of Hampstead, MD; and his siblings, Mary Eddleman (Lew) of Carlisle, Debbie Fox (Kelly) of Dewitt and Chris Lowery (Andrew) of Mt. Ida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
