Perkins and Dennis; his son Baby Boy Perkins; his siblings, Willie Perkins (Bertha), Christine Grant (John T.), Mary Moore, Penny Joyner, Ruth Collins (Bobby), John Wesley Perkins and Catherine McCuien; and his children, Dianne Dukes, Patricia Dukes, Anthony Carmichael, Keith McKnight (Gwendolyn McKnight), Roy Lee Perkins, Jr. (Tina), Brandy James and Va'Linda Perkins. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
