It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Stroud of Mayflower, Arkansas, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Stroud; his wife Allison Stroud; and his son Joshua Stroud. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kim Barksdale; his children, Alex Stroud (Jessica) of Little Rock, AR, Sara Germscheid (Steven) of Benton, AR and Caleb Stroud of Mayflower, AR; his brothers, Steven Stroud (Carolyn) of Mayflower, AR, Jeremy Stroud (Jackie) of Mayflower, AR, Wesley Richman (Sara) and Jason Fisher (Bonnie) of Conway, AR; his friend Tori Barksdale of Mayflower, AR; his stepmother Janice Stroud of Mayflower, AR.; and his close friends, Chris Lester and Jeff Senn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Mayflower (4 Hwy 89N, Mayflower, AR 72106). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maumelle Hornets High School Basketball Team.
