He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Francis and Elsie May Neumann (Sheaffer); his siblings, Eugene Alfred Neumann (Gene), Claudia Ann Gilbert and Elsie May Gilbert; his close friend Dot Steed; and his former wife Wanda Neumann Cooksey (Burris).
He is survived by: his brother Clarence Anthony Neumann (Tony) of Pinellas Park, FL; his children, Melinda Fortenberry (Henry) of Mayflower, Ed Neumann Jr. of Sheridan, Lynn Failla (Charlie) of Conway and Beth Lee (David) of Atkins; and his grandchildren, Christy Neumann, Russell Autry, Heather Ennis (Cody), Hannah Friedl and John Failla (Ashley). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
