She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Motley and Emma Motley; her husband James M. Loetscher Sr.; and her children, Glenda "LuLu" Loetscher and James M. Loetscher Jr..

She is survived by : her daughter Tammy Lee (Greg); her daughter-in-law Shirley Loetscher; and her grandchildren, Tricia Burleson (Mark), Trey Loetscher (Amanda) and Jamie Malone. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
