He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Green and John Grant; his siblings, Richard Grant, Janie Grant and Louise Wallace; and his granddaughter Chandra Pike.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Perkins; his children, Morris Credit Jr., Samuel Credit (Jackie), Tammy Grant Carlene Gibson (Steve), Renae Veasley Rhonda Conley (Tap) and Brenda Bankston; and his brothers, Michael Grant and Jimmy John Grant. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; along with a host of other extended family members and friends.
