She was predeceased by: her father Obie Battie; her husband Robert "Bobby" Burgin; her brothers, Bobby, Donnie and Roger; and her daughter Melissa Danielle Canon.

She is survived by: her children, Vickie Webb and Shannon Canon of Mayflower, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-greatgrandchildren.
