He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard W. Cook and Margaret Aline Cook (Lamb); and his sister Beverly Cook. He is survived by: his children, Justin Cook (Lisa) of Healdsburg and Tracy Smith (Larry) of Overland Park; and his sisters, Barbara Clingan of Parsons, Shirley Newberry of St. Paul, Chris Hizey (Rod) of Parsons and Dana Eggers (Ronald) of Parsons.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home (405 Main St, Parsons, KS 67357). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
