She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Nathaniel and Lular Etta Fowler (Taylor); her husbands, William Smallie, Newmon Ball and Glen Morris; and her siblings, Edward, Homer, Elbert, Vernon, Walter Fowler, Lula Bell Fowler and Katie Lou Martin.
She is survived by: her brother Doyle Fowler (Earline) of McCrory. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCrory First Assembly of God (6633 AR-17, McCrory, AR 72101). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
