It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Jackson of McCrory, Arkansas, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact James had on those he encountered along his journey. Though James may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Jackson and Mary Jackson (Howerton); and his spouse Jean (Wyles). He is survived by: his children, James R. of McCrory, Wayne (Sheila) of Patterson, Doyle (Rose Mary) of Searcy, Donnie (Beverly) of McCrory and Merry Jean of McCrory. He is also survived by his children, 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
