We announce the death of James O. Skinner of McCrory, Arkansas, who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Skinner and Rosie Skinner (McGlothlin); his former wife Mary Odom; his significant other Darles Skinner; his sons, Paul Skinner and David Skinner; and his siblings, Vivian, Verlie, Lois, Angie and Lonnie.
He is survived by: his son Gary Lemke; and his sisters, Barbara and Margaret. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel in Augusta, Arkansas. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
