She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Wadley (Tim) of McCrory and Sarah Lynn Collins (BJ) of Owensboro, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Simmons (Justin), Nicholas Wadley, Britany Wadley, Alison Clark (Trevor), Emma Collins, Easton Collins and Elaric Collins; and her great grandchildren, Adeline Simmons, Ian Wadley and Wyatt Clark. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
