He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Henderson Curtis Sr. and Alice Mae Humphrey; his wife Thelma Curtis; and his children, Lestie Maxine Kissinger and Craig Leon Curtis.
He is survived by: his son Glenn Curtis (Deanna); his grandchildren, John Leonard (Lynn), Amanda Kissinger, Neal Burns (Gretchen), Gabriel Curtis, Jessica Curtis and Drew Curtis; his great grandchildren, Hayden Leonard (Sara), Bryson Leonard (Sydney), Colton Leonard (Breanna), Madison Limbaugh (Jimmy), JC, Jonathan Leonard (Whitney), Olivia Leonard, Jackson Leonard, Sophie Fisk and Jase Crossett; and his great great grandchildren, Rhett, Reed and Scarlett Leonard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
