She is survived by: her brother Roger Glen Hay (Melissa) of Olathe, Kansas; and her nieces and nephews, Samuel Hay (Samantha Maree) of Murray, Carmen Hay Ellis (Timothy) of Colt, Bethany Hay (Timmy Reynolds) of Hillemann, Olivia Hay Sullivan (Mike) of Leawood and Madeline Hay Chazhoor (John) of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
