He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clinton Mercer and Lois Hall Mercer; his wife Myra Watson; and his sister Betty Mercer Deal. He is survived by: his children, Vikki Hennington (Johnny) of Dermott and Shaun Mercer (Wendy) of Hillsboro, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Hayden Henington (Ashley), Dakota Mercer, Ginna Moffet (Brock) and Allen Mercer; his niece Angie Meadows of Crossett; Sherron Days. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
