He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wiley and Alberta Mangum (Thompson); his wife Carolyn Mangum (Morris); his daughter Rhonda Rawls; his sister Betty; his brother-in-law Boe Clark; and his brothers, Edgar Mangum, Elvin Mangum and Doyle Mangum.
He is survived by: his daughters, Regina Wood (Rusty) and Ronica Parker (Chris) of McNeil; his grandchildren, Trace Millican (Stevie), Jon Kent Gaines (Stacy), Robbie Langford of McNeil, Russell Wood (Kirstie) of Sibley, LA, Brandy Sudbury (Chad) of Marion, Rachal Wilson, John Parker, Jr. (Kimberly) and Harlen Parker of McNeil; his sisters, Wyvonne Goodpaster (Ken) of Haughton, LA and Vanessa Breedlove (Larry) of Shreveport, LA; and his sister-in-law Helen Mangum of Waldo. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
