She is survived by: her children, Sherry Harris of Ward, Zack Cayton (Amanda) of Piqua and Jack Cayton (Traci) of Sidney; and her siblings, David Ralph Milligan, Ronald Lee Milligan, Wilma Ruth Milligan, Elisha Paul Milligan and John Henry Milligan.
