He is survived by : his wife Ruth Welch; his daughters, Lee Melton (Charley) of Melbourne and Amanda Highfill (Joseph) of Melbourne; his sister Dawn Branscum (Ronnie Branscum); and his grandchildren, Alexis Stout (Sean) of Walnut Ridge, Lucas Champ of Melbourne, Keith Melton of Melbourne and Keaton Melton of Melbourne. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
