It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Elliott Jeffery of Melbourne, Arkansas, who passed away on March 13, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Foncie Elliott and Pearlie Maud Vest Elliott; her husband Alvin Cleo Jeffery; her son Robert Jeffery; and her siblings, Joyce Willard, Neva Elliott, Verna Gillihan, Mervin Elliott, J. T. Elliott, Burl Elliott, Floyd Elliott, Vannie Mae Stokes and Annie Faye Vines.
She is survived by: her children, Stevie William Jeffery, Elizabeth Jane Jeffery Deeter and Matthew Todd Jeffery; her grandchildren, Alvin Jeffery, Bill Jeffery, Joseph Jeffery, Lindsey Wright, Brett Deeter and Adam Deeter; and her great grandchildren, Preston Wright, Maci Wright, Carter Wright, Eleanor Jeffery, Chael Deeter and Cambria Deeter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, church friends, and a host of other relatives.
