He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyce "Mack" Rush and Dolores Stanley Rush; and his brother Terry Rush. He is survived by: his wife Treva Rush of Melbourne; his children, Mikki Rush of Melbourne, Jan (Chris Wilson) and Danny (Mandy Rush); and his siblings, Butch (Kathryn Rush), Bo Rush of Culp, Paul Rush of Norfork, Gail Gilliland of Dolph and Debbie Sanders of Melbourne. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
