He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lee Roland, II and Jane Lina Stewart Roland; his son Jerry Roland; his brothers, David Lee Turner and Charles Turner; and his grandson Drew Summers.
He is survived by: his wife Lavonia Roland; his daughters, Christine Haney (Randy) of Violet Hill and Cornelia Summers (Don) of Marshfield, Missouri; his sister Carol Moore of Melbourne; his grandchildren, Bryce Summers (Natalie) of Whitmore Lake, Mandy Thomas (Maverick) of Conway, Brett Haney (Jodie Sandoval) of Violet Hill, Codi Calhoun of Springfield and L'Kaya Roland of Salem; and his great grandchildren, Karsyn Ward, Luther Thomas, Luca Summers, Ashton Curtis, Gunner Curtis and Quincy Haney. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at the Melbourne Church of Christ (114 Jackson St, Melbourne, AR 72556).
