She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis A. Rush and Nora Fay King Rush; and her sisters, Ann Sizemore and Rita Powell. She is survived by: her son Dennis Bookout (Gina) of Glencoe; her granddaughter April Dawn Robertson (Billy) of Judsonia; her husband Deanie Ray Floyd; her stepsons, Dion Floyd (Carla) of Rogers and Daniel Floyd of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her siblings, Wayne Rush of Melbourne, Wanda Hollowell of LaCrosse, Donna Richardson (Michael Miller) of Melbourne and Janett Miller (David) of Melbourne; her stepgrandchildren, Sawyer Floyd (Erin), Makalie Floyd, Nick Ivey and Natasha Leisenring; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Josephine Floyd. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
