She was predeceased by: her mother Julia Gregory Bretthauer; her husband Gary Michael Rush; her father Karl Bretthauer; and her sister Pamela Hunt. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Mikki Rush of Melbourne, Jan, Chris Wilson of Oklahoma City, Danny and Mandy Rush of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; and her brothers, David Stanley of Oxford and Greg Stanley of Seminole, Florida. She is also survived by six step grandchildren; eleven step great grandchildren; numerous cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
