He was predeceased by: his parents, Proctor Holbrook and Mable Holbrook (Howard); and his siblings, Juanita Ingram, Arnold and Don Holbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna Holbrook, Charles and Kevin Holbrook; his siblings, Patty Woolridge and Stoney Holbrook; his grandchildren, Dustin Cecil, La Trisha Wilcox, Cody Holbrook, Chandra Warren, Dillon, Madison and Heidi Holbrook; and his great great grandchild Atlas Ray Adams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and foster children.
