He is survived by: his close friend Pat Gilbert; his nephews, Michael Ray (Sherry), Bruce Ray (Lucy) and Ricky Ray (Leslie); and his niece Sue Beasom (Will). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
