He was predeceased by: his father Larry Neal; his brother Larry Dwayne Turner; and his grandparents, Edger Neal, Betty Turner, Billie Jean and Fite.
He is survived by: his mother Peggy Lynn Turner; his wife Tammy Turner; his children, Dillion Turner, Rilee Flemons of Mena, Dayne Turner of Mena and Maddie; his son-in-law Cody Chandler of Gillham; his siblings, Troy Turner and Angie Turner; and his grandchildren, Avery Turner, Addie Turner, Sadie Morrison, Everett Chandler, Heidi Turner, Kate and Kaci Morrison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
