He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jacob Rutter and Margaret Pauline Cooper; and his siblings, Bob Morris and Patricia Devaney. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rutter of Mena; his daughters, Cassie (Jerry Chavez) and Catrina Blasy (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Savannah Evans, McKenzie Evans, Burgurndy Blasy and Lillian Blasy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any local animal shelters and rescues which were near and dear to Earl's heart.
