He was predeceased by: his parents, Harwell Blackburn and Estalene Murphy Blackburn; his sisters, Alice Fay and Dorothy Jean; his wife Bonnie Blackburn; his nephew Travis; and his family Benny Parks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Blackburn of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Wanda Barrow (Don) of Little Rock and Sandy Edmondson (Larry); his siblings' children, Trevitt, Kevin and Donette; his family, Kim Parks, Josh, Shanna Parks, Amber and Jamie Ralls; and his granddaughter Bonita Flint.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Assembly of God (2111 Sutherland Ave, Mena, AR 71953). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
