He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forrest and Maudi Jones Forrest; his son Randy Kenneth Forrest; his wife Delie May Evelyn Rhodes; and his son-in-law Rocky Dean Needham.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Kay Forrest Needham.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home (611 Janssen Ave, Mena, AR 71953).
