He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louellen Gruben Watkins of Mena, Arkansas; his children, George Dwayne Watkins (Bea) of Mena, Arkansas and Margaret Denice Smith (Michael) of Bentonville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Angela Watkins, Brandon Watkins, Colton Watkins, Desiree Smedley (Tony), Ericka Eaton (Brandon), Melanie Allen (Joseph), Laura Allen (Spencer) and Brian Smith (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Noah, Kai'lyne, Janie, Gage, Avery, Grace, Jenna, Caroline, Calvin and Harper; and his brother Danny Lee Carter.
