She was predeceased by: her parents, Okey Roach and Alma Massey Roach; her daughter Terrie Rowsey White; and her siblings, Okey Roach Jr. and Joanne Dunkel.
She is survived by: her husband James Rowsey; her sons, Thomas Rowsey (Mindy) of North Carolina and Christopher Rowsey of Mena, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Lacey, Robert, Christopher James, Tinesa and Christian. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
