He is survived by: his children, Kale Smith (Alycia) of New Martinsville, Janna Murphy (Tim) of Royal and Kala Smith of Cove, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Mattie Ross, Zoe Hamilton, Wyatt Ross, Weston Ross, Creed Smith, Abigail King, Makenzie Butler, Kainen Smith and Jace Butler; and his siblings, Milton Gale Smith, Anita Ruth Bates and Phyllis Blake. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
