He was predeceased by: his parents, Newt Clark Titsworth and Marie Evelyn Titsworth; and his siblings, Darrell, Helen Jo, Shirley Ann and Katherine Marie.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura Marie; his former spouse Marion Loftus; his son John; his grandchildren, JT, Ashley, Michael and Allie Jo; and his siblings, Geneva Lois Titsworth, Jan Titsworth and Buck Titsworth.
