He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Edward Quinn and Grace Lea Quinn (Spake); his wife Carol Quinn; and his sister Mary Grace Watkins (Larry). He is survived by: his children, Lee Anthony'Tony'Quinn (Virginia) and Michelle Quinn (Horace Gandy); his grandchildren, Lucas Gandy, Andrew, Eric Elliott and Breanna Haddox; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Lucas and Walker.
