With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Wayne Jones (Mena, Arkansas), who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Leonard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leonard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Jones and Daisy Jones (Little); and his brother James Jones. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones (Johnson); his children, Jeff Jones of Mena and LeAnn (David Dilbeck) of Mena; his nephew Joshua Johnson (Kristina); and his great grandchild Dakota Jones.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home (611 Janssen Ave, Mena, AR 71953). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
