He is survived by: his children, Andrea Caldwell, Martin "Mac" Caldwell, Katlyn, Michael Kesterson and Joseph Evans Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jaidyn, Kash and McKenzie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
