He is survived by: his significant other Judy; his children, Kimberly Thacker (Brent) of Gillette, WY and Tracey Price (Eddie); his siblings, Kathleen Parmenter of Waxahachie, TX. and Bill Perry (Karen) of Mena, AR.; his brother-in-law Richard Clark (Teresa) of Mena, AR.; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Buss, Cody Howard, Timmie Vanzant, Tori Morton, Macey Hubbard, Lacey Goodner, Thomas Hubbard and Hunter French.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinecrest Memorial Park.
